The scout guide in Raja Shri Krishna Dutt Postgraduate College has been started since 2007. In this college, two teams have been registered under Bharat Scout Guide for scout guide training. The first party, whose registration number is 993/2007, is named Raja Yadavendra Dutt Dubey Rover Crew. The second party, whose registration number is 892/2007, is named Kalpana Chawla Rangers Dal. All the students of the college are trained as scout guides and certificates are also given to the students who have successfully completed the training. The main objective of the scout guide training is to instil in the students a sense of love and service, and to advance themselves in every situation .

        The main objective of scout guide training is to awaken the feelings of patriotism and service among the students and prepare themselves to keep moving forward in every situation. Through this training, the youth are made better so that they can use their abilities better. "Be prepared" is the motto of scout guide training, that is, to keep the youth physically and mentally ready so that they are always ready for service. This goal can be met only when they are physically strong, mentally awake, and morally strong. Presently Dr. Manoj Kumar Tiwari is in charge of training the scout guides of the college. Dr. Tiwari is a warrant holder with advanced rover leader training.

       Dr. Tiwari has also been an invited member as Rovers Rangers Convenor of Jaunpur district and Scout Guide Instructor of Purvanchal University. Raja Sri Krishna Dutt Postgraduate College organizes five-day training every year for the students. Our college team of Rovers Rangers have shown talent in district meeting every year. The college team has participated in conferences from university level to regional and national level. The Rovers Ranger team of Raja Shri Krishna Dutt Postgraduate College has a very respected status up to the state level. Rovers Rangers district conference has been conducted thrice in 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2016-17 by the college. A seven-day Rovers Rangers Leader Training Camp was organized by the college from 25 December 2017 to 31 December 2017.
